Project Overview
Our Eco Line Railing System is a fresh departure from the standard, bulky curtain wall aluminum railing systems currently on the market. The Eco line provides economically-conscious railing systems, while maintaining VIVA’s commitment to making high quality products and innovating uber modern designs. The Eco Vista Aluminum Railing System is ideally suited for high-end multi-family residential applications. The design consists of 1” x 2.5” Slender post with top rail in oval or rectangular profiles. The infill is typically laminated glass with floating vertical edges. Custom colored or patterned glass in-fill options available upon request.
VIVA’s tempered glass infills provide optimal line of sight as well as an understated elegance. Our glass infills range from a minimum of 3/8″ PVB or SGP laminated glass. Colored, patterned and frosted glass are additional options based on design intent and need.

Ebco Construction has been in the construction business since 1996. Founder John Egger has always believed “construction wasn’t work, it was fun and it all boils down to good people doing good things in a good way for great customers.”
Bounds and Gillespie Architects was founded in 1995 by Paul Gillespie. Together, with his partner, Danny Bounds, they have over 43 years of experience. They are the preferred vendor for Hilton, Marriott, Choice and several other major hotel brands.

The brand new Home2 Suites in the heart of the San Antonio Texas Riverwalk is one of the lastest landmarks to hit downtown. The Majestic and Empire Theatre, the Convention Center and the Museum Reach are all within easy access. Hampton Home 2 Suites also features a full kitchen and a separate living and bedroom areas
