General Contractor: Pogue Construction

Our SOLO™ Ornamental Stainless Steel Glass Railing System exquisitely balances an unobstructed view with contemporary elegance. This railing system is ideal for balcony balustrades (as illustrated in the Toyota U.S. Headquarters stainless steel railings), commercial building atriums, and monumental stair railings. The variety of mounting options available (top, fascia, or core mount) means that whatever the demands of your design, VIVA will be able to provide the right solution.

VIVA’s tempered glass infills provide optimal line of sight as well as an understated elegance. Our glass infills range from a minimum of 3/8″ PVB or SGP laminated glass. Colored, patterned and frosted glass are additional options based on design intent and need.

Between the beautiful constructs of the SOLO™ Curved Glass Railing System and the fact that VIVA completes extensive performance testing and structural calculations to ensure all safety regulations are met, there is simply no better choice for your exquisite, sweeping edifice. The ornamental stainless steel curved glass railing is ideal for utilization in balcony balustrades (as illustrated in the Boston University stainless steel railings), commercial building atriums, and monumental stair railings. The variety of mounting options available (top, fascia, or core mount) means that whatever the demands of your design, VIVA will be able to provide the right aspects.

Little Elm School offers several unique opportunities to help students grow. Scholarship programs for college and even Account Career Awareness Program for students to attend a college-level class for a week in business-related degree programs free of charge.

PROJECT TEAM

Pogue Construction employees work in the buildings they create. The “Pogue People” goes to the same churches and schools and events that everyone around the community goes to. If you see your work every day, and will for years to come, it builds investment in the hearts of those that bring the project to life
