At the Stephen G. Terrell Recreation Center in Allen, Texas, the leaf motif featured on the perforated metal panels from our MetalSpaces system is carried throughout the interior of the building. Tree-shaped window graphics paired with the leaf-inspired panels filter the sunlight and create playful shadows and shapes inside as the sun moves through the sky. This allows natural light to filter into the building and create a playful sunscape inside. A shade structure can protect people from sun and rain as they walk as well as provide a place for a shaded seating area where people can gather.
