PROJECT TEAM

A combined experience of over fifty years is part of what makes Northstar Builders Group such a great company. Bruce Helm and Aaron Scates, principal owners, have worked on several construction roles, from engineer to estimator to project manager. 

Corgan Associates, Inc. has been in the design business for over six decades. They were the first to be awarded the LEED Gold Certification worldwide and the first to construct their own LEED-certified complex. 

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Rochell Elementary is named after Amanda Rochell, a pioneer Rockwall family, who was both a philanthropist and teacher in her community.
