Contributions of Women in the Construction Industry

Our Diverse Team of Women Leaders: Making Strides, Leading the Way

At VIVA Railings, we are proud to have a diverse team that reflects the values of our company. We are particularly proud that over 30% of our workforce is women, which is a significant ratio for a traditionally male-dominated industry. We believe that having a diverse workforce, including women, has brought unique perspectives and skills to our projects and contributed to our success.

We hope that our commitment to diversity and inclusion in the construction industry inspires other companies to do the same. By promoting a culture of inclusivity and support, we can create a more equitable and diverse industry that benefits everyone.

Together, we can continue to make progress towards a more inclusive and diverse construction industry that values and celebrates the contributions of women.
