Completed in 2009, Skyline Restoration and Thomas A. Fenniman Architects specified VIVA Railings for the balcony railing on The Chelsea Lane Condos. The double etched 1/2″ bronze tinted glass is a beautiful touch to this New York apartment.
We received a statement from our architect about a recent inspection of the building. We are proud to say that nearly a decade later, our balcony railings look just as pristine as they did on day one!

The 2009 – 10 project was challenging and Viva worked closely with the project team to adapt to client-driven changes during the work. During recent inspections at the building, we were very happy to see how well the railings were performing and how good they looked – like the day they were installed- almost eight years later.”

CUBE™ Double Etched Tinted Glass Railing System provides clean defined lines and a robust contemporary look. The system is made of 2”x 2” square posts and a pyramid top cap creating continuous clean lines throughout the components. Railing in-fill between the posts is mounted via fixed point holders for mounting of Glass or any other in-fill of your choice.
