Frost Tower – Dallas, TX

General Contractor: Manhattan Construction Company | Architect: Harwood International

The CUBE™ Commercial Glass Railing System provides clean defined lines and a robust contemporary look. The balustrade system is made of 2”x 2” square posts, terminating into monolithic pyramid top cap creating continuous clean lines throughout the components. Railing in-fill between the posts is mounted via fixed point holders for mounting of Glass, Metal Panels, Cable, Multi-line & Pickets Panel infills.  CUBE design is a great choice for a glass railing or a cable railing system. Due to the high structural yield of the square balustrade deck railing design, it is able to sustain high wind loads even at a large post spacing.  Making this a preferred choice of designers and engineers for balcony glass railing applications and upper-level deck areas in high rise buildings.  The CUBE square post design is a perfect complement to modern buildings and interior designs that have the same square clean defined vertical and horizontal elements.

Frost Tower is the latest design by Harwood International Architects.  Featuring Frost Bank on the main floors, it’s a premier investing, bank and loan firm that has been in business for over 120 years.  The gorgeous nearly all marble floor to ceiling architecture create a warming and welcoming atmosphere.  The upper levels feature not only Polsinelli and our aluminum SHOE railing system, and also outdoor garden areas and 2 penthouse suites that are nearly ten thousand square feet each.

Manhattan Construction specializes in a variety of architecture from sports to education and office and multi-unit living skyscrapers.  With core values set by the founder Kayrebce G, Rooney nearly a century ago, a lot has changed in technological advances but the core values of trust and a moral compass have brought a reputation that’s a cut above the rest to so many of their clients.

Harwood International was founded nearly three decades ago by Gabriel Barbier-Muelier.  With projects that strictly relate to real estate, Harwood not only focuses on the structure but thinks about how the tenants that live and work in the building will be conducting day to day activities.  Each building features art from both Ann and Gabriel Barbier-Mueller and holds a modern design with cutting-edge technology.
